Shree Cement, BPCL, JSW Steel, ITI in focus

Shree Cement: The company's consolidated net profit fell to Rs 525.21 crore in Q4 FY23 as against a net profit of Rs 659.08 crore in Q4 FY22. Total income advanced to Rs 5245.91 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2023 from Rs 4501.60 crore recorded in Q4 FY22.

BPCL: The company's consolidated net profit rose to Rs 6,870.47 crore in Q4 FY23 as against a net profit of Rs 2,559.17 crore in Q4 FY22. Total income advanced to Rs 1,33,902.66 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2023 from Rs 1,24,026.81 crore recorded in Q4 FY22.

Indiabulls Housing Finance: The company's consolidated net profit fell to Rs 263 crore in Q4 FY23 as against a net profit of Rs 307 crore in Q4 FY22. Total income advanced to Rs 2077 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2023 from Rs 2191 crore recorded in Q4 FY22.

JSW Steel: JSW Steel and JFE Steel, Japan have in‐principle reached an agreement to establish a 50:50 Joint Venture Company (?JV?). The JV shall be able to manufacture the entire range of CRGO products at its proposed facilities at Vijayanagar, Karnataka.

ITI: ITI has bagged an Advance Purchase Order (APO) from BSNL worth Rs. 3889 crore for its 4G rollout. BSNL has issued an Advance Purchase Order (APO) for Reservation Quota (RQ) Order in the West Zone.

Astra Microwave Products: The company's joint venture company, Astra Rafael Comsys, has bagged Rs.158 crore worth of order from Defence Public Sector Undertaking (DPSU) for supply of Software Defined Radio (SDR).

Torrent Power: The meeting of the board of directors of the company is scheduled on 29 May 2023 to consider and approve raising of funds by issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures upto Rs 3,000 crore through private placement basis.
