Solex Energy Limited secures Rs 75.96 crore order for solar PV modules from power sector entities

Solex Energy Limited announced it has secured work orders from domestic power and electricity sector entities for the manufacture and supply of N-Type TOPCON 620Wp - Glass - to - Glass (G12R) Solar PV Modules, with a total order value of Rs 75.96 Crores, inclusive of applicable taxes, scheduled for completion by the end of November 2026. The company disclosed the information in compliance with SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, noting that no promoters, promoter groups, or group companies have any interest in the entities awarding the orders, and the transactions are not considered related party transactions.
