Sterlite Technologies secures a USD 288 million supply agreement with a leading international hyperscaler

Sterlite Technologies Limited announced it has signed a long-term supply agreement with a leading international hyperscaler, commencing in Calendar Year 2027 and extending through CY2029, with a potential extension of two years. The contract, valued at approximately USD 288 million, involves the supply of high-density optical fibre cable products and establishes a reciprocal risk-sharing framework for demand and supply fluctuations. The company disclosed the agreement on August 29, 2026, in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
