Goenka Business & Finance Ltd. declared a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per share for FY 2025-26, setting the record date as October 2, 2026. The stock has seen significant gains, rising 27.90% in the last week, 34.67% in the last month, and 28.03% over the past year, with average weekly volume at 73.33%.


Yaan Enterprises Limited, previously Crown Tours Ltd., disclosed a Rs 15.86 Crores purchase order from State Agri Horticultural Development Co-operative Society Limited – Thiruvananthapuram for yellow maize. Execution is anticipated within two months, with payment due 45 days post-supply and certification. The transaction involves no related parties.


Spectrum Electrical Industries Ltd. received credit rating upgrades from CRISIL Ratings. Total Bank Loan Facilities of Rs.250 Crore now hold a Long Term Rating of ‘Crisil A-/Stable’ and a Short Term Rating of ‘Crisil A2+’. CRISIL also upgraded ratings for Bank Guarantee (Rs.0.14 Crore), Bill Discounting (Rs.1 Crore), and other facilities, detailed in Annexure 1.


Sainik Finance & Industries Ltd. set a record date of October 1, 2026, for a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per Rs 10 equity share for FY 2025-26. The stock has fallen by 35.51% over the last year, is marginally lower by 3.11% in the week, and higher by 3.35% in the month, with a weekly average delivered quantity of 79.75%.


Manoj Ceramic Ltd. received credit ratings from Acuite Ratings & Research Limited and ACUITE. Instruments rated include Cash Credit and Bank Facilities totaling 50.00 with an ACUITE BBB rating and Stable outlook. Additional ratings were assigned to Bank Loans of 50.00, 30.00, 14.50, and 5.50, involving RBI. Acuite also rated PTCs and Debt Securities.
