Hero Motors Ltd. received reaffirmations from CRISIL Ratings Limited for its debt instruments. These include Bank Loan Facilities of Rs. 400 Crores (Crisil A+/Stable, Crisil A1), External Commercial Borrowings of Rs. 20.85 Crore (Axis Bank Limited), and Foreign Exchange Forward contracts totaling Rs. 15.04 Crore (Axis and Kotak Mahindra Banks). Ratings were also reaffirmed for Overdraft, Term Loans, and Working Capital Facilities.


Patel Retail Ltd. received rating actions from Acuité Ratings & Research Limited, upgrading Bank Loan Ratings to ACUITE BBB+ (stable) and ACUITE A2, and withdrawing ratings for Rs 116.73 crore of proposed bank facilities. Acuite also upgraded Rs 109.01 crore in bank facilities and assigned an A3+ rating to Post Shipment Credit.


Goel Construction Company Limited reported a business update for the six months ended September 30, 2026, highlighting an order book of approximately Rs 1,300+ crore. The company expanded into Logistic Park and Steel Plant construction, diversifying from its Cement business, and now offers end-to-end project execution. Goel Construction anticipates order closures to increase in the second half of FY27, pending stabilization of geopolitical and economic conditions.


Aditya Birla Real Estate Ltd received rating actions from CARE Ratings on September 30, 2026. CARE reaffirmed ratings for Non Convertible Debentures at CARE AA; Positive, Commercial Paper at CARE Al+, and Long/Short Term Bank Facilities at CARE AA; Stable/Al+, revising outlooks from Stable. A rating was withdrawn for an instrument with an outstanding of Rs. 10 crore due to full repayment.


Super Spinning Mills Ltd’s bank facilities have been reaffirmed by CARE Ratings Agency and CARE Ratings Limited. Long Term Bank Facilities maintain a CARE BB+ rating, while Short Term Bank Facilities are CARE A4+. The sanctioned amount decreased to 12.36 from 14.12, and Short Term Facilities increased to 1.60 from 0.39. Ratings are under review as "ISSUER NOT COOPERATING."
