Jyoti Limited reported that the Bombay City Civil Court dismissed a 2002 civil suit filed by M/s. Navinbhai Cables Private Limited seeking Rs 96,89,211 and Rs 87,49,556. The court issued the order on August 20, 2026, and posted it online August 21, 2026. Jyoti Limited stated the dismissal will have no material impact.


Cords Cable Industries Ltd. set a record date of 21 September 2026 for a final dividend of Rs 1.20 per share, face value Rs 10, for FY 2025-26. The stock has risen 10.44% in the last week, 15.95% in the last month, and 30.51% over the last year, with average weekly volume at 100%.


Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd. shares rose 14.85% to Rs 2704.1, up 14.89% over one week, with trading volume surging 2638.96% to 5.35 lakh shares. The company announced that subsidiary Ratnamani Finow Spooling Solutions Private Limited secured USD 286 million (Rs 2,700 Crores) in export orders, to be executed over two to three years.


Flexituff Ventures International Ltd shares rose 0.36% to Rs 2.8. Q2 FY26 net profit plunged 77.36% to Rs 15.68 crore, with revenue from operations at Rs 0.0 crore. Year-on-year, PBT fell 30.19% to Rs 15.68 crore, while EBITDA crashed 76.81%. The stock has declined 85.54% in the last year.


Brahmaputra Infrastructure Ltd. shares fell 2.24% to Rs 160.48, extending a 6.03% weekly decline. The company secured a Rs 701.8 million (USD 84.45 million) Performance Based Maintenance Contract from India’s MoRT&H for an 87.180 km stretch of National Highway-502A in Mizoram, with a 60-month duration and 15-20% EBITDA margin. Trading volume surged 469.81% to 38166 shares.
