Luxury Time Limited received a final compounding order from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, resolving defaults in consolidated financial statement filings for financial years 2019-20 through 2023-24. Chairman Ashok Goel and Director Pawan Chohan paid a total compounding fee of Rs 5,00,000, Rs 1,00,000 per year. The company will file Form INC-28; the resolution has no material financial or operational impact.

STL Networks Ltd. received a long-term rating of IVR A-/Stable from Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited for its INR 250 crore Bank Loan Facilities. As of June 30, 2026, the company held an order book of approximately Rs. 5,000 crore, with total debt at Rs. 934.46 crore as of March 31, 2026, and an interest coverage of 0.46x in FY26.

R Systems International Ltd. set a record date of October 1, 2026, for a final dividend of Rs. 8 per share for FY 2025-26. The stock has declined 2.70% in the last week, 3.10% in the last month, and 44.92% over the past year, with an average delivered quantity of 51.48% in the last week.
