SM Auto Stamping Ltd. announced a record date of 1 September 2026 for its final dividend. Shareholders will receive Rs 1.50 per equity share, with a face value of Rs 10 each, for fiscal year 2025-26. Caprihans India Ltd. received credit rating upgrades from Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited, increasing Long Term Bank Loan Facilities to Rs. 624.24 Crore and Short Term Bank Loan Facilities to IVR A4+. CARE Ratings affirmed fund-based facilities of Rs. 602.49 and non-fund based facilities of Rs. 21.75, both IVR BB+/Stable and IVR A4+ respectively, while withdrawing a Term Loan rating of Rs. 0.00. Delton Cables Ltd. announced a record date of 22 September 2026 for its final dividend. Shareholders will receive Rs 2 per equity share, with a face value of Rs 10 each, for fiscal year 2025-26. This marks a record distribution for the company. RMC Switchgears Ltd shares fell 15.73% to Rs 283.45 as Q2FY26 net profit plummeted 77.56% to Rs 2.08 crore, with revenue dropping 73.95% to Rs 37.24 crore. Year-on-year, PBT fell 79.78% and EBITDA 55.65%. Despite this, TTM revenue rose 84.30% to Rs 318.16 crore, and the share price has crashed 65.10% in the last year. Shree Ganesh Remedies Ltd’s share price rose 2.42% to Rs 621.15, despite Q2FY26 results showing net profit down 82.14% to Rs 1.12 crore, and revenue falling 56.75% to Rs 14.36 crore. The company’s market capitalization softened 5.56% and 22.40% over one week and one month, respectively, while still outperforming the BSE Sensex by 18.39% over one year.
