Subex Ltd. shares rose 4.92% to Rs 17.93, increasing 28.90% over one week, with trading volume surging 37.85% to 3.12 lakh. The company announced on August 21, 2026, a Euro 0.6 million, three-year contract with a European fibre operator for Partner Ecosystem Management Solutions. Subex outperformed the NIFTY50 index, up 34.21% year-over-year. Welspun Corp Limited received a company-record order of approximately Rs 17,200 Crore (USD 1.8 billion) to supply pipes from its U.S. facility, for execution between fiscal years 2028 and 2029. This substantially strengthens the company’s order book, boosting it to a record Rs 42,100 Crore (USD 4.4 billion). Jyoti Limited reported that the Bombay City Civil Court dismissed a 2002 civil suit filed by M/s. Navinbhai Cables Private Limited seeking Rs 96,89,211 and Rs 87,49,556. The court issued the order on August 20, 2026, and posted it online August 21, 2026. Jyoti Limited stated the dismissal will have no material impact. Flexituff Ventures International Ltd shares rose 0.36% to Rs 2.8. Q2 FY26 net profit plunged 77.36% to Rs 15.68 crore, with revenue from operations at Rs 0.0 crore. Year-over-year, PBT fell 30.19% to Rs 15.68 crore, while EBITDA crashed 76.81%. The stock has declined 85.54% in the last year. NMDC Steel Ltd reported that Crisil Ratings Limited upgraded the long-term rating for its bank facilities, valued at Rs. 4,500 crores, from ‘Crisil BBB+/ Stable’ to ‘Crisil A / Stable,’ as of 20.08.2026. The announcement, made to the BSE (Scrip Code: 543768), NSE (Security ID: NSLNISP), and CSE (Scrip ID: 74920), complies with SEBI regulations.
