Storage Technologies reports no share dematerialization requests for three months ending September 2026

Storage Technologies and Automation Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has not received any requests for dematerialization or rematerialization of shares for the periods of July 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026; August 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026; and September 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018.
