Texmaco Rail & Engineering secures Rs 77.76 crore order from IVC Logistics for wagon supply

Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited announced it has received a purchase order of Rs 77.76 crores from IVC Logistics Limited for the supply of 3 rakes of ACT 1 wagons along with 1 BVCM wagon with each rake, with execution expected to be completed on or before March 31, 2027. The order, awarded by a domestic entity, does not involve any related party transactions and does not indicate any interest from the promoter group.
