Transgene Biotek Limited’s statutory auditors, Eswara Rao & Co., resigned citing workload conflicts

Transgene Biotek Limited informed the BSE Limited that M/s. Eswara Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 000816S), resigned as the company's statutory auditors with effect from October 28, 2026, citing pre-occupation with other assignments and an inability to devote sufficient time to the company's affairs. The resignation followed the auditors' appointment on October 10, 2026, to fill a casual vacancy previously held by M/s. Vasavi & Co., Chartered Accountants, and they confirmed they did not commence any audit or limited review work prior to their resignation.
