UVS Hospitality issues equity shares and warrants totaling Rs 66.1 crore to non-promoter entities

UVS Hospitality announced preferential allotments of 2,16,000 equity shares and 4,45,000 convertible warrants to non-promoter entities. The equity share allotment, totaling Rs 21.6 crore, increases the company’s paid-up capital from Rs 40,51,98,570 to Rs 40,73,58,570, with allottees including RANE Sulbha Kishore, JIGISHA Vaidh, and MURLIDHAR Mohanlal Lakhiani HUF. The warrant allotment, priced at Rs 44.5 crore, has the potential to further increase paid-up capital to Rs 41,18,08,570 upon full conversion within 18 months; allottees include MALLINATH Madineni HUF and BABULAL Agarwal HUF. Each warrant allows for the subscription of one equity share, and unexercised warrants will be forfeited after the 18-month tenure.
