Uno Minda Ltd announced credit rating actions from multiple agencies, as detailed in a regulatory filing under Regulation 30 & 51 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. India Ratings and Research assigned an IND Al+ rating to the company's Commercial Papers and a CP rating, further assigning an IND A1+ rating to Commercial Papers (CPs) up to 3,000, valid for a maximum period of 1 year and subject to review every 12 months; India Ratings believes the rating to be credible based on limited information and the rating letter is valid for 60 calendar days from the date of the letter.
