Vedanta Iron & Steel Ltd announced that CRISIL Ratings Limited (“CRISIL”) has assigned a ‘Crisil AA/Stable’ rating to the proposed banking facility of Vedanta Iron & Steel Limited, as detailed in a release published on July 29, 2026, at approximately 06:50 PM IST, with the detailed rationale accessible via a provided link; no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were noted regarding any other instruments, including the proposed banking facility, and this action is reported under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
