Vedanta Ltd announced that CRISIL Ratings Limited (“CRISIL”) has reaffirmed its credit ratings, specifically CRISIL AA+/Stable/CRISIL A1+ for Non-Convertible Debentures and long-term facilities, and CRISIL A1+ for short-term facilities, with no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals noted; the ratings previously stood at CRISIL AA+/Stable/CRISIL A1+ for Non-Convertible Debentures, and CRISIL A1+ for short-term facilities, all as detailed in a release published on October 16, 2026, and accessible via a provided link, pertaining to instruments including Non-Convertible Debentures with Scrip Codes 976754, 976755, 976756, 977639 and 978254.
