Vinati Organics receives reaffirmed CARE AA+ ratings for bank facilities and fund-based limits

Vinati Organics Ltd announced credit rating updates under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, noting that no specific rating details were initially provided; CARE Ratings Limited reaffirmed its ratings for Long-term/Short-term bank facilities at CARE AA+; Stable / CARE A1+ for an amount of 237.00, and also reaffirmed ratings for Fund-based - LT/ ST - CC/PC/Bill Discounting at CARE AA+; Stable / CARE A1+ for an amount of 237.00, while withdrawing the rating for Non-fund-based - ST-BG/LC ST and Fund-based - LT- Cash Credit, both previously rated CARE A1+ and CARE AA+; Stable respectively, as of October 9, 2024, and assigning a rating on October 6, 2025, for Fund-based - LT/ ST-CC/PC/Bill Discounting of 237.00, CARE AA+; Stable / CARE A1+, alongside referencing Corporate Bonds and Debentures and Commercial Papers as instruments rated by the agency, and mentioning that CareEdge Ratings indicated VOL’s competitive advantage is likely to be sustained in the medium term, without providing specific rating details.
