Waaree Renewable Technologies secures a 210MWp solar EPC contract from Solaris Horizon Energy for Rs 210 crore

Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited, a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, announced it has secured a turnkey contract for the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of a 210MWp (150MWac) grid-connected ground mount solar project from Solaris Horizon Energy Private Limited (SHEPL). The order, received on August 5, 2026, also includes two years of operation and maintenance services and is scheduled for completion during the financial year 2027-28. The aggregate order size is valued at 210MWp (150MWac), and SHEPL is a step-down subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, resulting in the transaction being classified as a related party transaction conducted at arm’s length.
