Zeal Aqua Ltd. receives CRISIL ratings, including BBB/Stable and A3+ for Rs. 101 crore

Zeal Aqua Ltd. announced ratings and actions across several instruments and agencies, with CRISIL assigning a CRISIL BBB/Stable rating and a CRISIL A3+ rating to Bank Facilities amounting to Rs. 101 crore, alongside an initial rating of BBB/Stable/A3+ to Bank facilities totaling Rs. 12.23 crore and unsecured loans also amounting to Rs. 12.23 crore; the agency noted a moderate financial risk profile and stable outlook, while also highlighting benefits from promoter experience and client relationships, and a revision in rating symbols for Market Linked Debentures (PPMLD); furthermore, CRISIL has withdrawn ratings for various instruments including Fund Based Facilities of Rs. 76.0 crore, Non-Fund Based Facilities of Rs. 25.0 crore and Rs. 25.0 crore, Cash Credit facilities of Rs. 41.6 and Rs. 5, Letter of Credit facilities of Rs. 15 and Rs. 10, Packing Credit in Foreign Currency of Rs. 26, Term Loans of Rs. 1.2 and Rs. 2.2, and other related facilities from Punjab National Bank, Axis Bank Limited, Bank Of India, Indian Bank, and Axis Bank Limited, while the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), and CRISIL Ratings Limited have also provided information regarding various instruments and evaluations, including Commercial Paper and NCDs, Loan Facilities, External Commercial Borrowings, Certificates of Deposit, Fixed Deposits, Security Receipts, Inter Corporate Deposits/Loans, Borrowing programme, Credit Ratings for Capital Protection Oriented Schemes, Credit quality ratings, and Issuer Ratings, with some items marked as "Not Applicable" or "To be finalized."
